There’s a long road ahead of all of us but especially for Alex Woods, the biological father of 3-year-old Mariah Kay Woods.
“Daddy loves you Mariah,” is what he wrote to her Tuesday afternoon at Mariah’s memorial.
The memorial in honor of Mariah Kay Woods, created by Angela Wiles who told News In Onslow, that she did this for those who wanted to honor this baby with candles, cards, letters, flowers, and teddy bears.
At that memorial, with tears in his eyes supported by his fiancé Heather Craft, with tears in her eyes was Mariah and her two little brothers dad, Alex Woods.
Woods and Craft, amazed and joyful to what the community did for Mariah.
“I love you, and thank you guys so much for supporting us, we’ve been following you,” Craft with tears and a smile on her face,told News In Onslow.
Many showed up to give their condolences to the father and his fiancé. Posters were signed, cards was given, and love was shown to this father in memory of his beautiful daughter, Mariah Kay Woods.
A public visitation for Mariah Woods will be at Jones Funeral Home, located at 303 Chaney Ave. in Jacksonville from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday, for those who wish to honor baby Mariah
