One man in Onslow County has been arrested for stealing money from his employer. It’s the holiday season, give him a break! Lol.
Timothy Gifford Sherwood, 40, of N. Marine Blvd. in Jacksonville is being accused of working on a vehicle that a citizen paid him to repair and never turned in the money to his employer, Creekside Automotive.
Sherwood was arrested November 21, 2017. He was taken before the magistrate and charged with (1) Count of Embezzlement. His bond was set at $6,000 secured, and he was remanded to the Onslow County Detention Center.
